Fascia is a tough connective tissue which spreads throughout the body in a three dimensional web from head to foot without interruption. Fascia gives us our shape. It is a continuous web throughout our body, surrounding every muscle, bone, nerve, blood vessel and organ of our bodies, all the way down to the cellular level. Even our cells have a fascial system!
